Resumen

Assuming maximum legislative efficiency, governments always
lag behind technological developments. Especially now, in a
situation in which the advances are not individual, but form an
ecosystem in which each and every one of the actions around a
digital world are imbricated, which feeds itself and self-stimulates.
Consequently, the question to be answered is: how can the Cadastre,
through new technologies, improve its services to promote
responsible governance?
