Resumen

In the Cadastre and the Land Register, the identification and
definition of estates, and thus, their precise definition both in
positional as in attribute information is the most important.
The Law 13/2015 requires introducing the graphic information
of each property. From this point of view, the Geomatic, as the
heir of the Cartography and Topography, is required to properly
identify the estates and their representation. On the other hand,
the volumetric information has been a research topic on the last
decade in The Cadastre and Land Register, in order to integrate it.
In this sense, the Geomatic shows itself as the technical solution
to these necessities.
