It is oriented to improve the quality and interoperability<br>of public web services and enhance the possibilities of digital<br>collaboration of public bodies among them and with external users.<br>It defines guidelines for the updating of European National Interoperability<br>Frameworks and includes a conceptual model in four<br>layers, twelve basic principles and a set of recommendations about<br>how European Public Administrations shall communicate among<br>them and with citizens.<br>Although is a recommendation, it is expected that it can be a basis<br>for the updating of National Interoperability Frameworks.<br>In this article, a summary of the new EIF, a description of its philosophy,<br>an analysis of their impact in Directive INSPIRE implementation<br>and some conclusions are provided.</p>}, number={186}, journal={REVISTA INTERNACIONAL MAPPING}, author={Rodríguez Pascual, Antonio F. and López, Emilio and Cabria, Agustín and Rodríguez, Juan Manuel and Vivas, Pedro}, year={2018}, month={sep.}, pages={6–11} }
