Dringu<br>this period, many changes have been mode, emphasizing easy<br>information access while tools and apps were developed towards<br>a digital administration. The concept of multipurpose cadastre<br>was incorporated promoting the expansion of its use for different<br>purposes.<br>One of the main milestones was the creation of the first cadastre<br>virtual office in Latin America.<br>The support of the international cooperation was very valuables<br>as well as the result of being close to reference circles worldwide,<br>to adopt the best practices.<br>In addition, this process also resulted in the strengthening of<br>the organization and in a change management process of institutional<br>culture.<br>Palabras clave:</span></p> ER -
