De un modelo catastral en Cuba

Resumen

The article deals with the evolution of the cadaster in Cuba, and
especially what has been achieved from the applied model once
the policy for the development of the National Cadaster and its
legal regulations has been approved.
The coordination that must exist between the registers of the
cadaster and of the property is one of the topics of greater transcendence
that is analyzed in the article, considering its incidence
in the actions that must be undertaken to improve the cadastral
model that actually applies.
