This article examines the coordination between the Cadastre and the Property Registry in Spain from a notarial perspective, covering the period from the enactment of Law 13/2015 to the present. It reviews the legislative background and the role of notaries in implementing the reform, emphasizing the strengths and weaknesses of the current system. The article identifies the main challenges and achievements in cadastral-registry coordination, aiming to enhance legal certainty and citizen service. Finally, it offers conclusions and recommendations for optimizing the system.
