Air safety in the territorial planning of the State. Aeronautical easements

Abstract

The present article is an introduction to the world of obstacles in the
air safety; from the searching, cataloging and compiling of them into
a standardized database, to the areas that the International Civil Aviation
Organization recommends protecting against implementing
new elements capable of turning into obstructions to the normal
airport activity and how to concretize these areas in the Spanish
legislation, that is to say, aeronautical . easements
