Abstract

The article describes the background and the basis of the law that
reforms the Mortgages Law and the Law of the Real Estate Cadastre,
to achieve coordination between the Cadastre and the Land
Register in order to improve legal security in real estate transactions
and administrative simplification. The procedure for correcting the
graphical description in Cadastre when this description does not
match reality is presented and the possible de-coordination of the
coordinated parcel is explained.
