The availability of 3D spatial data in the form of point clouds and BIM models has significantly increased in recent years, particularly due to the PNOA-LiDAR project and its third coverage cycle (2022–2025), which reaches densities of 5 points/m² or higher across the entire Spanish territory. This wealth of information creates clear opportunities for territorial analysis, urban planning, environmental management, risk prevention, and heritage conservation. However, it also presents a clear challenge: both the general public and many technical users are still unable to fully exploit these data, as their use depends on specialized software and highly specific technical expertise.
